Autumn Corn Bake

1 lb maple bacon
1/2 c butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c chopped celery
1/2 red pepper-chopped
1/2 green pepper-chopped
5 T AP flour
2 c sour cream
2 16 oz bags frozen corn
1 T dried parsley

Preheat oven to 350.

-Fry bacon-drain and crumble.
-Melt butter. Sautee onions, celery and peppers til soft. Add flour, sour cream and stir well.
-Add corn, 3/4 of the crumbled bacon.. then season with salt and pepper.
-Pour into 9x13 dish and add remaining bacon on top. Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake 35-40 minutes.
