Didn't know if I should post this under fruits and nuts or ethnic but here it is. :chef:

TEX-MEX PEANUTS

1 Cup Unsalted Dry Roasted Peanuts
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Popcorn Salt

Heat oil and sauté‚ garlic over medium heat until golden brown. Remove the garlic and discard. Stir the peanuts and chili powder in the remaining oil. Cook and stir over medium heat until peanuts are warm, about 2 minutes. Drain and sprinkle with Popcorn Salt. Makes about 1 Cup

Yum - that sounds delicious!

I think I would have posted under "Appetizers", but it's fine here, too.

Sounds like excellent "football food"!

Yes, I could have done that. In fact in the recipes that I have stored in my computer I do have it in with either appetizers and/or snacks........:tiphat:
