Went into Bristol for a meal at our favorite Mexican Bistro Last night ...


The Warden decided on Building her self some Fajitas with Shrimp...

I went with the Seared Plantain-Crusted Mahi-Mahi with Shrimps, Black Bean and Corn Succotash and Plantain Sticks...

I've never tried a shimp fahita, those look fantastic. Going to have to try them.
