Default Sausage Marsala

Marsala is always a quick, easy meal that tastes great!

Tonight I had some Italian chicken sausages and some Marsala to get rid of.

Excellent! I used a large package of sliced fresh mushrooms, and I thickened the sauce with Wondra, omitting the cream.

I served with whole wheat rotini.
