So many posters have participated in the Iron Chef Challenges, since the first lasagna to the last okra....Either submitting recipes or simply reading along.

It's time to celebrate with a block party:clap::clap::clap:
The great thing is...anyone with any level experience can participate. It's time to bring a dish to the potluck party!! Whether it's an appetizer, main dish, dessert, pitcher of bug juice....anything at all, post it here.

Can't wait to see the buffet table!!!!!:dancing:

I offer grilled mushrooms as an appetizer.

I started doing these a few weeks ago, and they are a huge hit. I get more requests for these than anything else.

Take a container of whole mushrooms. Wash them and then cut them in half. In a large bowl mix the mushrooms with 2 TBSP oil, salt, black pepper, white pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let sit 1 hour or more covered.

Start a coal fire in your grill, then place one of those grill topper pans on it. Pour your mushrooms in and stir every 3-5 minutes. Cook for 15-20 minutes until done.

Serve with Ranch Dressing if desired.

I really need the recipe for this one GG!

This is the one I use: Thai Spring Rolls

Sometimes I use the sauce in the recipe, sometimes this spicy peanut sauce:

Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce

1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
1/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup cream of coconut
2 tbsp. Thai sweet chili sauce
1/2 tsp. sriracha or hot sauce
1 tsp. lemongrass powder

In a small saucepan, over medium heat, cook and stir all ingredients till smooth. Serve with spring rolls or chicken satay.

i've heard that when frying frog's legs, you should use enough oil to come half way up the leg.

in other words, the oil should be knee deep.

knee deep. knee deep.
