  • 1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef ( Venison works also)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 diced garlic cloves
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoons dried marjoram
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 5 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until al dente; drain.
  2. heat olive oil in a skillet Add venison and cook until well browned, about 5 minutes or so. Mix in your onion and your green pepper dices , keep cooking until they are soft but don't let them brown, three or four minutes then add the tomato paste and tomato sauce, season with garlic salt, dill, marjoram, and Italian seasoning. Let it come to a nice boil, reduce the heat a little and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Put your noodles into a buttered oven safe dish and pour venison overtop. sprinkle with your cheeses. Bake in preheated oven until the cheese is bubbly and browned, about 25 minutes.
  4. Serve with lots of French bread for sucking up the juices!
You can use lamb also! GOOOOOD!!!!!

Forgot to add... that I've used stew meat in place of the ground meat and it's great that way too!
