I won't eat this, but, one of you might,lol

2 8oz cream cheese
1/3 cup of beer
1 envelope of ranch salad dressing mix
2 cups shredded cheddar
Pretzels { for dipping}

beat cream cheese, ranch mix and beer until smooth, in large bowl. Stir in cheddar.

I don't care for beer except beer batter. I'm an liquor person, lol
If you make, let me know if the beer is strong in it.
