Crab Meat Ball
This recipe came from the late Joyce Brown, a lovely lady and friend of the family. It is easy to make and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
8 oz. crabmeat
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tablespoon chopped onion
2 Tablespoon white horseradish
Chili Sauce
Directions:
Blend together the crab meat, cream cheese, onion and horseradish. Shape into a ball. Top with chili sauce. Serve with a variety of crackers.
