South Beach Diet Barbecue Sauce (Phase 1)

Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard powder
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a resealable container. (Keeps covered in the refrigerator for 1 week.)
