Sounds really good Jim. We regularly grill out with chicken marinaded in Itailian Dressing. Ummm that is very good. I look forward to trying this mix later this year.
Grilling season is about here!!!! Yippeee.
(we grill out year round but do it a lot more often when the weather is nice.)

Take that recipe, marinate, and then toss the chicken in a smoker with alder or apple wood chips.

I have done something similar, and then smoked it in my "Little Chief" electric smoker.

I'll take chicken breast, sueeze fresh lemon on them, then sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. As they smoke, will occasionally give just a drizzle of lemon juice to keep them moist.
