1/2 cup chopped green Bell pepper

1/2 cup half-and-half

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 min. or until crisp. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Coarsely crumble bacon.
