1/2 tsp sugar
1 bay leaf crushed
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp white wine
1 tsp Worstershire sauce
cooked white rice to serve six

Pre-heat oven 350 degrees.
Use the butter to coat the sides of a baking dish thats large enough to accommodate the six chops.
Sprinkle chops with Mrs. Dash on both sides.
In large heavy skillet over medium heat fry chops until browned on both sides... Remove the chops to the baking dish and set aside.
Add to fat in skillet, the onions, celery, garlic & bell pepper...saute for 4 minutes or until limp & clear. Add tomatoes & saute for 3 minutes...
Add Tabasco sauce, salt, sugar, bay leaf, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice & wine. Cover, reduce heat to low & simmer 10 minutes.
Pour this sauce over the pork chops in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until chops are tender. Serve hot with cooked white rice.
