Yes, it's chicken spaghetti with some jarred mr's this time. There really is spaghetti under all that sauce .

Thanks for fixing the picture problem.

Happy Independence day everyone.

We had 5 large pizzas delivered tonight; for the celebration tomorrow.
I will place the pizza stone in the grill to heat up slices.
Got a Plain cheese / a sausage / a pepperoni / a Hawaiian / a 1/2 mushroom and other half onions. No cooking and the kids can enjoy the day and the grandkids. No Cooking for a change.

Yummm Cooksie.
I remember when you first spoke of this dish.
I believe Barb/homecook made it several times as well.

I watched some elderly women make it by hand on a PBS cooking/travel program.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Never explain yourself. Your friends don't need it and your enemies won't believe it anyway.

I cheated! It was late. After a busy day, I just got to the grocery at 7:00. I needed something for dinner, so I grabbed a meal kit at Publix. Harissa Chicken over rice (mixed with asparagus, squash, apricots).

It was surprisingly tasty and quick. But Judy decided that it needed cilantro. After all, everything is better with just a little bit of cilantro!

I found it quite by chance in the top/back of the freezer. It was the last of a 3 pack.
I'm doing mash/gravy and asparagus too.
Key Lime pie slice for dessert.

We went very traditional for the 4th. I put a pork butt on the rotisserie. BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, potato salad, corn on the cob. Apple strudel and vanilla ice cream for dessert.
