Tuna Lattice Pot Pie With Cool Cucumber Sauce

2 6 oz cans of solid white albacore tuna
1 c frozen peas
1 c sharp shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c sliced celery
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/4 c chopped onion
salt and pepper
1 c miracle whip or mayonnaise
1 can of refrigerated crescent rolls

Combine and mix well the drained tuna, peas, cheese, celery, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper and miracle whip/mayo-- then spoon into a baking dish.
Remove crescent dough from can and roll out the two rolls into 2 rectangles, pressing seams together.
Cut the dough into 4 long and 8 short strips. Place over tuna mixture in a lattice design.
Brush with a little egg and bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve with Cucumber Sauce.

1/2 c mayo or miracle whip
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c chopped cucumbers
1 T chives
1 t parsley
1/4 t dill weed

Mix well and chill.
 
Top
