Herbs De Provence Mix

I just posted a recipe on the veggie board that called for this. Here's formulation if you want to make it yourself. Everything in this is readily available, with the exception of the Savory. You may have to resort to the internet to get some, or grow it yourself.

I find myself using Herbs de Provence A LOT at work lately. Usually, it's to season veggies when I saute them, but I do know that it's great over chicken on the grill.

Herbs De Provence Mix
Yields: ¾ c

3 T Dried marjoram
3 T Dried thyme
3 T Dried savory
1 t Dried basil
1 t Dried rosemary
½ t Dried sage
½ t Fennel seeds

Combine all ingredients. Mix well and spoon into small jars. Use to season chicken, vegetables or meat.
