Thank you for the warm welcome! Yes, I have a blog too (https://www.baconscouts.com/category/blog/). It started off as a bacon review website and I've branched out a bit into other topics and a little bit of e-commerce.

@chilefarmer: I've never actually smoked my own meats before. Looks like you are pretty happy with your BGE for smoking! I've been interested in one of those, but they are a little pricey for the total cooking area.

What are your top 5-10 tips for smoking meats?
