My whites firm. The yolks runny.

Since there are two egg threads going. I discovered a poultry farm a little over a mile from my house. They raise their own birds, all natural feed. I am amazed how much better the chicken tasts. Oh yes, the eggs are better too.

I like runny yolks for dipping toast or mixing with the egg white, or sometimes mix with egg whites and hashbrowns.
