1 - Baguette or French Stick
1 - Ripe Tomato
1 - Iceberg Lettuce
1 - Bacon In A Box (fully cooked)
Parmesan Cheese - slices or shavings
Parsley Flakes
1 red onion, sliced thinly
Dressing
3 Tblspoons Canola or Sunflower Oil
1 Tblspoon Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon dried Oregano - or to taste
Pinch of Black Pepper
Cut your baguette or french stick into three sections around 6 inches each - for three sandwiches.
Slice open and toast.
Meanwhile slice your tomato and rip off some of that crunchy iceberg lettuce.
Open your box of bacon and microwave according to directions.
Slice or shave some parmesan cheese, enough for three sandwiches.
Combine your oil and vinegar and dried oregano, whisk to combine.
Place lettuce on the bottom layer, then a layer of tomato, onion, a layer of bacon (usually 4 slices) a layer of parmesan cheese.
I like to add some parsley flakes and a bit of cracked black pepper, this is optional. Place one tablespoon of the dressing over sandwich.
