I love this stuff!
I've steamed it, roasted it in the oven

and now have grilled it over charcoal.
My Asian market has many varieties of bok choy. The kind I grilled tonight was a small, slim variety of Shang Hai bok choy.
I tossed the raw bok choy with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Grilled about 15 minutes over medium heat, turning every 5 minutes.
Finished by sprinkling with a little sesame oil and white sesame seeds.
Sweet, nutty and delicious!
My little steak took a far second place to the bok choy star of the dinner!
