I have seen this recipe & fix'in chicken like this, a lot lately.

I made it myself last week after seeing it on Pioneer Woman.
Yesterday I saw it on Cooks Country.
Today I saw it on Julias Kitchen PBS. Oh & that was filmed 1995.

I mean it is good but why is it everywhere lately

doubt I can find the Juila Child one lol But it was almost the same. Rub the chicken inside & out with the Lemon garlic onion Parsley pesto.

and under the skin too.
