Shrimp Bacon Roll-Ups

Large shrimp - steamed, peeled, and deveined
2 cloves garlic, coarsely grated
1 cup chili sauce
1 lb. bacon - partially cooked


Put the shrimp and garlic together in a plastic bag, add the chili sauce.
Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours. Turning every so often.

Cut the partially fried bacon strips in half. Wrap a piece of bacon around each shrimp and secure it with a toothpick. Put on a baking sheet in a single layer. Place about 3 inches below the broiler.
Broil until the bacon is crisp, watching so they don't burn.
These can also be done on the grill.
