Macaroni Salad

Since Spring has already sprung (although the temperatures here don't show it yet) Summer is not far off and we should be looking for cooler foods to serve.
I found the following recipe for Macaroni Salad on the net and thought it might be something that I would like. The original recipe also added a little dill weed and some finely chopped celery, but I left them out. I might add a little celery seed. The note about adding Bacon is my doing, but I think it might be good.
What are anyone's thought about this dish?

MACARONI SALAD

1 Pound Macaroni, cooked, drained, and set aside to cool
3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoons Parsley, dried
Kosher Salt and fresh ground Black Pepper, to taste
1/3 Cup Red Onion, finely chopped

While the Macaroni is cooking whisk together all of the other Ingredients.
Add the cooked Macaroni to the mixture, stirring well to mix.
Refrigerate for a few hours or until ready to serve.

NOTES: 1. Two or 3 slices of crumbled cooked Bacon may be added for additional flavor.

Yes to the bacon.

What about a teas. of dry mustard instead of the Dijon?

I added some dried mustard to my ground ham and pickle salad the other day and it hit the spot! Damn, that stuff is TOO good!

I don't like celery so I left that out, but I might add a little celery seeds. Yes the dry mustard would work, and I do have a bottle of that.
