4 chicken breasts
1/4 t cumin
4 t sesame seeds
1 T butter
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
1 16 oz jar of salsa
Pound the chicken breasts and sprinkle with cumin and sesame seeds. In a large skillet, melt the butter and saute chicken breasts until thoroughly cooked.
In a bowl combine salsa and chopped apples. Serve over the chicken breasts.
