Fishballs

400 g (0.88 lb) pike fillets (or other fish)
bunch of dill
1 tsp of salt
0.5 tsp white pepper
2-3 tbsp of lemon juice
2 dl (0.84 cups) whipping cream
2 egg whites


1. Cut the fillet into pieces and place them in a blender. Puree and season with dill, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour in the egg whites and cream and beat until smooth dough.

2. If the dough seems too loose, you can link it to a few spoonfuls of breadcrumbs. Extrude or spoon fish balls in an ovenproof dish and cook in a 180-degree oven for about ten minutes.

Serve with boiled potatoes, dill sauce and salad.
