These are pretty good.

2 TBS A/P flour
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
3/4 cupdry bread crumbs
3 TBS grated parm cheese
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
6 boneless pork loin chops, about 1/2 thick

Preheat to 350
1st bowl, put flour
2nd bowl, beat eggs whites, worcestershire, pepper sauce and vinegar
3rd bowl, blend bread crumbs, parm cheese, thyme, salt and paprika
Dredge chops through flour, then egg wash and then bread crumb mix
Put chops on a plate and refrigerate for about an hour to firm up coating. Place chops in a 9X13 pan. bake uncovered for about 25-30 minutes, until juices run clear.

Sounds good, TG, but you missed a couple of things  How much red wine vinegar and how much bread crumbs? TIA.

That is what it said, that's what I put, lol. I don't measure a lot of stuff, I taste instead.

I buy that box of stuff that says "Oven Fry Pork" on the front. It's really good and easy. Just whip up an egg, dredge your chops in that and then in the "crumbles" and stick 'em in the oven. They always come out so good!
