Roasted Brussels Sprouts w/Balsamic Vinaigrette

2 lb. (1 kg) Brussels sprouts, cleaned, cut in half
1/2 red onion (200 g), cut into 8 wedges
3 slices bacon, chopped
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 cup 4 cheese blend Shredded Cheese

preheat oven to 375ºF.

Combine Brussels sprouts, onions and bacon in 13x9-inch baking dish. Add dressing; toss to coat.

bake40 min., stirring occasionally.

sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
