Want BBQ Beef... NEED RECIPE for Crockpot

I am a crockpot neophyte seeking knowledge from the masters....

I have a pot roast thawing, and want to create some tasty
pulled beef BBQ with it in the slow cooker...

Anyone have a good recipe they can part with?

Lacking a recipe, I did what any self-respecting man would do...
Started tossing ingredients in!
Little catsup, Worchestershire, Woodie's Cook-In Sauce, Hot Sauce, dry mustard,
beer, vinegar, A-1, cat food, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic, onion, beef bull-lion,
chunk of meat.
Time will tell, oh boy......

You've got one ingredient there that doesn't really belong. I've never used cumin in barbecue!

Hey, I was kitchen-sink cooking, and it got grabbed.
Good thing I couldn't reach the chipotle chili chocolate bar I got recently!!!
