Had a fillet on the grill.... Lobster cakes with garlic sauce. Frozen food.

A beer, and two Corn on the cob with drippage of butter, and Old Bay seasoning.
DW had leftover shepherd's pie. ( Prison Food ) I call it.

Well, it's going to be grilled or oven pork steaks, foil pack potatoes/onions w/herbs and another veg.
I'll get some ice cream for dessert as well.
Maybe Breyer's vanilla bean to have with stawberries.

It was supposed to be Liver and Onions, but at 3 o'clock, the Wife was at church in Belvidere, and so on the way home, she picked up a chili dog, and I wolved that down with two beers. Now I lost my appetite.

Tomorrow is Liver day then! :cooking:

Grilled pork steaks brushed with Stubb's sauce at the end.
Yukon golds and onions in foil pack, brushed with olive oil/butter mix w/ Italian herbs.

Then we went to Eric's All American Ice Cream.
I got the carnival sundae.
Those are funnel cake straws.
Omg!

Love crayfish. I asked the wife to buy some, and my mistake was telling her they were teenie tiny BABY crabs.
That was it...... the wrong word to say, was "BABY".


They actually look like mini Maine lobsters. And, it was great. Thanks.

Sass, thanks for reminding me of the pork steaks I have in the freezer. I'll do what you did - grill and brush with BBQ sauce.

No, but I will later. Everything is in ml and grams in the recipe so I have to translate. We have a scale that switches between imperial and metric, and our measuring cups have both so I've never bothered.

Very simple, it's just a flat bread.

L I V E R & Onions....

Jimmy, I like liver and onions if done right.
Yours looks downright delicious!

I'm knocking around the idea of chicken tonight with Lee's zucchini and shallot dish.
I think that would be a good pairing.

We've got lasagna, the cuke salad and cheese bread left, but may have that for lunch.

Grilled pizzas again using the no knead dough.

Guanciale and fennel with fresh mozzarella

Cantaloupe chutney and prosciutto with fresh mozzarella, fontinella and a mild blue cheese with a walnut garnish

No pics but we also had a pepperoni and a Margherita.
