My DD wanted to do a multi course meal for Christmas this year. So we will have several course with SMALL portions of foods. Here is the tentative menu for Christmas eve and Christmas day. Things may change last minute.

Christmas DD has Christmas eve, Christmas day and the day after Christmas off. So we can start prep for Christmas eve/day on December 23 after dinner.

Not sure of her schedule for New Years but I am hoping to get a lot done on the 30th.

Marinated mushrooms in the center bowl, around the plate working out smoked gouda, pepperoni, muenster, pepperoni, NY state white cheddar and sopressata.
