Initially called “Toast of the Town” and hosted by New York entertainment
columnist Ed Sullivan, the show that would become a cultural Icon in the
1950’s and 60’s began humbly in June, 1948.
Fewer than one million households even had a TV, most of them in NYC, Los
Angeles and Pittsburgh.
The show’s first act was comedy duo Martin & Lewis.

I got 2,5,6 and 8.

About number 2, while he was never officially crowned, he automatically became King upon the death of his Father.
Well, he screwed that up once he started messing around with Mrs.Simpson lol
