Style: Default VB Style
Default chix tacos

-chix breast or tenderloin
-cumin
-iceberg letuce, shedded
-salt
-green chile (canned)
-seasoning sage/salt/etcetra, for the poaching liquid
-chix base or stock
-tomato concasse- for instructions, message me
-flour tortilla; wrapped in foil & warmed @ 350
-tortilla chips, placed in a stainless bowl/covered in foil, warmed @ 350

poach chix in simmering, seasoned liquid; shread chix when cooked through. season using the cumin & salt. add the chile. then voila! make tacos &/or dip yuor tortilla chips.
