YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Police say they are concerned after a York County man openly and legally carried a gun in a Giant Food Store in West Manchester Township on Sunday.
Northeastern Regional Police Chief Bryan Rizzo told WGAL News 8, police received a 911 call that a man had entered the store carrying what was described as a machine gun.
That man was Ryan Flohr, who was openly and legally carrying a nine-millimeter handgun with a high-capacity magazine.
