Ingredients
1 kg rice
3/4 kg mincet mead
2 L onion
Method
Rice Kubba (Kibbeh Aleppo)
Ingredients:
Kilo rice
Three quarters Kilo minced meat
2 diced onion
½ cup diced parsley
Teaspoon turmeric to color the rice
4 eggs whipped (for those who wanted to fry in eggs, or left them unchanged)
Salt and pepper to taste
Water for boiling the rice
½ cup oil for frying
How to prepare:
Filling: Fry the meat until slightly dry add onions, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Method of rice: Place rice in a pot add water until it is water is three fingers above the rice
Then add salt and turmeric, and leave on low heat ,till the water is obsorb then leave to cool ,knead to become a sticky, cohesive
Cut dough pieces of equal size and roles as in your hand , make a hole to put you’re stuffing inside, then close and roll in your hand to make the shape.
after this put the oil on low fire dip kibbeh in eggs and lower in oil
until golden lift put on paper
serve with salad
.
