Man, that's a toughie for me, Jacques or David. If I absolutely, absolutely gad to choose, Jacques since he is a trained chef.

I like all of this group also.

I loved David.
It's amazing how they could actually cook/teach. In the beginning of PBS cooking shows they didn't have "working" kitchens just sets. That included Julia's first PBS show. If you notice in the picture of David's set the sink has no plumbing under the drain there is a bucket under there to catch the water etc.. His stove was more of a hot plate attached to a propane tank (I think it was propane or maybe electric).

AND I still think most of those cooking shows were better than most of the recent shows.

Back then the programs were much more about the food and preparation than putting on a show. There were entertaining aspects but the food was number one.
