Tina’s Pork Burgers
1 Lb Ground Pork ( from pork butt )
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
¼ tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 Handful ( ½ cup Plain Bread Crumbs )
1 Medium Onion ( Minced )
1 egg
All Purpose Flour for dredging
Cooking Oil for Frying.. ( I use Wesson Oil )

Mix the Pork and Ingredients..
Form into balls and dredge with flour until coated
Flatten gently into patties
Fry in Cooking Oil approx. ¼” depth.. at 325ºF ……turning when browned and then cooking the other side..
Remove from cooking and onto paper toweling to absorb excess oil.
[Note]… I slice potatoes thin, and fry them ( In single layered ) in the same oil as a side.
Suggestions:
Serve with Applesauce.
Makes great cold sandwiches with mustard if desired
