Take 4 lbs of chicken wings, washed & patted dry and place them in a 9x13 casserole that has been sprayed with non-stick. In a seperate bowl, combine 1 (12oz) can of cola, 1 cup pressed brown sugar, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp onion powder & 2 tsp garlic powder - ground pepper to taste. Pour over the chicken wings and coat thoroughly. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a 325 degree oven. After 1 hour, take off the foil and turn chicken over. Replace foil and continue to bake another hour. Remove foil, turn chicken over and bake UNCOVERED for 1 hour. Then again, turn the chicken over and bake 1 more hour & Enjoy!
