Q'd pork loin

1 pork loin
8 cloves garlic
1/2 cup - 1 cup red wine
1 cup juice ( i used a mango mix)
1/2 cup coke
10 oz cajun butter liquid injection mix
lot of black pepper

inject loin with injection mix.

place loin into large plastic bag or plastic container. add remaining ingredients and place in bottom shelf of fridge for about 3 days.. rotate everyday.

heres some pics and i will see you in three days with the whole cooking process
