BBQ Chicken Beliezian Style

3# of legs and thighs skinned
place in a blow and add
1 cup cider vinegar + 1 cup water
allow to stand for 1/2 hour
drain and coat generously with
paprika (smoked is best), fresh ground black pepper, and thyme (go easy)

Take the chicken to the grill, over medium heat. Turn about every 5 -8 minutes. After both sides have been turned 2X dip the pieces in a mix ture of 1 can of beer and equal volume of BBQ sauce (plain old Open Pit or Kraft is fine).
Keep dipping with each turn until the chicken is cooked.
