Tonight is pan fried Alaska sockeye salmon with a salad of some sort on the side.

Peeps, if you haven't found it yet, it's in the beef forum.
The topping is made with bisquick.
Last night was panfried Alaskan sockeye with a side salad. The tartar sauce is a mix of mayo, dill relish, and yellow mustard I make myself.
