Default Watermelon juice

I've been on a watermelon kick for a couple of weeks now.

My store has what they are calling "Personal Watermelons" - small, round seedless melons, great for one or two people for a week.

Last week, I picked up one that was overripe. I cut it up into chunks, ate the freshest chunks, and, never one to waste, took a hand-blender (Emeril calls it a "motor boat") to the overripe chunks.

Made a glass of absolutely DELICIOUS watermelon juice for breakfast!
