CAULIFLOWER SALAD

CAULIFLOWER SALAD
Serves 8 to 12


1/2 lb. Bacon, cut in 1/2" pieces,

Dressing;
Blend together:
3/4 C. Mayonnaise
1/2 C. or more sugar
1/2 small (mild) onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4 C. milk

Cook bacon until crisp; drain and set aside.

Salad ingredients;
lettuce
celery, chopped
radishes, thinly sliced
baby carrots, julienned
LeSeur peas, drained, (optional)
small head cauliflower, in bite-sized pieces
green bell pepper, rough-chopped
bean sprouts
sunflower seeds

Tear 2 or 3 varieties of lettuce into a large bowl, add the vegetables in quantities to suit you. Add cauliflower. Toss; add bacon, bean sprouts and sunflower seeds. Pour dressing over all and toss again.
 
Top
