What do I do with lobster flakes?? It was on sale, lol, had to buy it!

I have no idea as I sure have never seen them before but perhaps a seasoning or flavoring additive.

OH!! well in that case make a lobster salad out of them. Like tuna salad only use lobster! Or make lobster cakes instead of crab cakes. Or make a green salad and sprinkle them on top! Or just melt some butter and dip the pieces of lobster in the butter and ENJOY!!!
