What will be on your table?

These are our menus.

Christmas Eve Dinner:

Bacon Crumb Topped Clams Casino
Linguine and white clam sauce
Spinach Salad
Garlic Bread

Dessert
Pumpkin Pie
Whipped cream

Christmas Day Menu:

Cheese, Meat & Fruit Platter (Appy/Lunch)
• TJ's Smoked Cheese
• Gouda
• Brie
• Blue cheese
• Muenster Cheese
• Port Wine Cheese spread
• Pepperoni
• Mild (Sweet) Sopressata
• Marinated mushroom caps
• Salad bar olives
• Cherry Preserves
• Red Grapes

Ritz Crackers
Triscuits
Water Crackers

Dinner
Eye round roast
Burgundy gravy
Mashed (potato & turnip)
Baby spinach
(Mini) Yorkshire Pudding

Pumpkin Pie
Apple Pie
Whipped Cream
Christmas Cookie Plate (12 varieties of homemade cookies, M&M's, Hershey kisses and mini candy canes)

Beverage
Soda
Egg Nog

we made up our menu - then wacked and hacked, as it was food for 30-40 people and we're only having s e v e n . . .

Bone in prime rib, wild mushroom bread pudding, corn & mirliton maque choux and I did some moink balls on the Egg for appetizers. Italian wedding cake for dessert.
