Italian "Shake -n- Bake" Coating Mix
Great for chicken, fish and veal.
makes 7 cups.
4 cups fine bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 small cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix thoroughly; place in covered container, keep in frig. for up to one week or store in freezer.
