RM's Crock Pot Chicken

3-4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into large chunks
2 (15oz) cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 cup each of chopped onion, carrots & celery
1-2 cloves of minced garlic
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 tsp ground thyme
salt & pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in crock pot & mix together. Place on low setting for approximately 6 hours. The veg's and the chicken will make enough liquid for the condensed soup. Easy-peasy! :thumb:
