Grilled Chicken Pizza Sandwich

2 slices of sour dough bread
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 vidalia onion, sliced
1/4 bell pepper, sliced
4 button mushrooms, slice
2 to 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce
1/2 grilled boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and sliced
2 slices provolone cheese

Saute the onion bell pepper and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of butter over low heat until veggies are soft. Remove from pan, set aside.

Use the other tablespoon of butter to lightly butter the two slices of sour dough. Put buttered side down in the same pan that you sauted the veggies in. Put 1 slice of cheese on each slice of bread. Add the chicken to one side of the bread and the veggies to the other side of the bread. Spoon the pizza sauce on top of the chicken. Put the two slices of bread together and finish grilling until a nice golden brown.
