White Clam Sauce for Pasta

Serves 3-4

2 cans minced clams-DO NOT DRAIN
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced or dried
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water

Instructions:
Mix first four ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Mix flour with milk and water.
Stir into the clam mixture.
Stir until thickened.
Pour over cooked spaghetti.
