Has anyone tried any of these nut toppings for fish?

Looks interesting and would try it.

I had some oatmeal cookies last night that had sunflower seeds in them and they were quite good.

We've made nut crusted fish before, but I wouldn't buy a product specifically to make it. If you like fish pared with nuts, try this Prudhomme recipe.

We use farm raised catfish. It is great served with mashed taters and mirliton and corn Maquex Chouex. Pinot Gris for wine.

I'd love any one of those.

I have used roughly chopped slivered almonds on fish before.
What we see and taste as beautiful depends largely on what our family and friends approve of .. with just a little room for personal preference.

Trout almondine is fantastic! If you want to get fancy...trout meuniere amandine .

If I recall correctly, you like brown butter, so I bet you would really like it. And, it's easy peasy.

I do toasted almond slices - no mix. sometimes just toasted nuts, sometimes dressed up with bread crumbs + an oil/butter/apricot jam/OJ/etc 'streusel'
