Baked chicken wings....

1-1/2 pound chicken wings

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4th cup soy sauce
4 tablespoons ketchup
3/4 cups honey
2-3 tsp white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all the liquids and pour over your chicken wings
bake uncovered at 375 for 40 minutes.
Pour off the juices and bake for another 20 minutes or until chicken is crispy.

I like wings baked in sauce, but I usually do mine on the grill in a pan. It's a great way to marinate the chicken as it's cooking and I typically start with frozen wings, too. No muss no fuss. You don't even have to watch it while it's cooking and it really packs a good flavor from whatever sauce you are using.

oh goodness.... we ate them before photos were taken. I just never think of taking them.

I'd like to try them grilled too...some day Paul will set the bbq up again. I hope.
