Tasty AND easy!!

1/2 cup of GOOD olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbs chopped rosemary
1 tbs chopped thyme
1 tbs chopped oregano
2 lemons (or limes) juiced
Freshly cracked pepper
Sea Salt
About 4lbs of chicken (any part, boneless or w/bone)



In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and lemon juice. Place the chicken pieces in..., cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken on the grill, and toss the marinade away. Use cracked pepper and SEA salt. Sprinkle on to your taste. Cook chicken pieces up to 10 minutes per side, until juices run clear.
